- 2 taco sliced tortillas
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup frozen spinach
- ½ cup of tomato sauce
- 2 cups of shredded mozzarellas
- 1 cup of shredded parmesan
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
How to make spinach mushroom and cheese tortilla pizza
- Preheat your oven to 400ËšF.
- Lay the tortilla flat on a parchment paper.
- Take 1 cup of shredded mozzarella and sprinkle it on the tortilla.
- Spread the tomato sauce.
- Sprinkle the mushroom, the spinach, and cheese.
